The publishing industry has enjoyed a lot of success after implementing QR codes within popular print magazines.  Target’s Great Holiday Toy book is using scannable bar codes to allow a few toys to “come-to-life” via mobile.  These ads actually offer an unforeseen value… a “free prize inside” experience for families.
