Twitter followers were recently invited to Mission Control in Houston to personally learn and share news about an upcoming space shuttle mission.
These experiences support a people-to-people connection for NASA. These connections are emotionally rich and extend far beyond the followers of NASA and the NASA Astronauts.
In Collaboration and Co-Creation: New Platforms for Marketing and Innovation, we share examples of NASA innovation and their authentic approach to collaborative design. NASA’s conviction for collective learning and sharing has inspired people to be a part of the process. For NASA the future is certainly untold, but more than ever promises to invite people into the process, the design and the celebration of discovering.
