Recently a “NOW” restaurant guide was introduced. Not just new in name, but new in concept. La SpagoGuida 2011 was released earlier this month.
What’s so unique? Not only is it written by the “users” of these restaurants, but the information is updated constantly. Yes, it relies on YOU to add comments, suggestions and anecdotes. It is on “constant update mode”.
The guide is updated through social media. In the printed guide you go to the page of the restaurant that interests you. Scan the QR code on your smartphone and “viola”, the restaurant and all the information and comments are at your fingertips. Not only do you get the information that you seek, but you can share your thoughts, impressions and recommendations of your experience.
The creators understand the value of people-to-people reviews. To insure trust, they remain dedicated to keeping the reviews authentic! Facebook offers another platform for very social interaction and real-time sharing occurs via 2Spaghi. Each a part of the Cycle of Courtesy and social connectedness that makes 2Spaghi very unique and very sustainable.
As mobile continues to grow and evolve, this will be they way much of our information and knowledge is disseminated. We will be able to access, browse, peruse, acquire and dissect information, make decisions, then act; within moments.
Knowledge is power…this knowledge is NOW, and right at your fingertips!
Zagat disrupted!
